Our Commitment
the AI conf is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, or technology choices.
We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter, and other online media.
Expected Behavior
- Be respectful and considerate of others
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech
- Be mindful of your surroundings and fellow participants
- Alert conference organizers if you notice someone in distress
Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
- Physical, verbal, or written abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, or staff
- Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
- Disruption of talks or other events
- Any conduct inappropriate in a professional setting
Consequences
Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
Need to Report Something?
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference staff immediately. Staff can be identified by their badges.
